1. This Return and Refund policy is only be applicable for The Wild Papa.OS Online store only.
2. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to WhastApp Thru +6011-55508677 or email email@example.com to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
3. Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
d. The products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. The Wild Papa.OS will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2 months after the confirmation.
